Transport

A lift truck is suited for transporting the unit on a level surface.
The device can be lifted from the rear or front on even ground
using a lift truck or fork-lift truck for transportation.
ATTENTION!
The heat pump must not be tilted more than 45° (in any
direction).
After transportation, the transport fastening in the device is to
be removed from both sides of the base.
X
ATTENTION!
Before commissioning, the transport fastening must be
removed.
All panelling can be removed to allow accessing the inside of the
device.
To remove the panelling, open the individual covers by un-
screwing the respective turn-lock fasteners and then gently tilt-
ing the covers away from the device. Then lift them up out of
the mountings. The rear panelling is fixed with screws that have
to be loosened to remove the panels.

6.1 General

The brine-to-water heat pump must be installed in a frost-free,
dry room on an even, smooth and horizontal surface. The entire
frame should lie directly on the floor to ensure an adequate
soundproof seal. Failing this, additional sound insulation meas-
ures may become necessary.
The heat pump must be installed so that maintenance work can
be carried out without hindrance. This is ensured when observ-
ing the distances to solid walls as shown in the figure.
Neither frost nor temperatures higher than 35 °C must occur in
the installation location at any time of the year.

6.2 Sound Emissions

The heat pump offers silent operation due to efficient sound in-
sulation. Any vibration transmission to the foundation or the
heating system can be largely prevented by internal sound de-
coupling measures.
