If you purchased parts separately , use the following in-
structions. Disassemble only as far as needed for the
parts being replaced.
NOTE: The old bearings (138c and138d) will be dam-
aged when removed. Have extra ones on hand if you
need to remove them for any reason.
1. Remove the small ring (138e) from the hub (138j).
2. Remove the snap ring (138m) from the bearing
recess of the pinion housing (138p).
3. Push on the front of the shaft (138b) to force the
bearing and hub assembly out of the housing
(138p).
