Snowthrower Features and Controls
A Fuel Shut-Off Valve (if equipped)

D Choke closed; choke open

G Speed Select Lever - Lets the operator to select
forward and reverse speeds.
NOTICE
while Traction Control is engaged. This can
damage the drive system.
H Auger Control Lever - Engages and disengages
the auger and impeller.
I Chute Control Center - Turns the discharge chute
to the left or right, or the deflector up or down.

DO NOT move the speed select lever
J Traction Control Lever - Propels the snowthrower
forward or reverse.
K Free Hand™ Feature - After the traction control and
auger control is engaged, the operator can release
the auger control lever to use other controls.
L Easy Turn™ Traction Control - Lets the operator
release one drive wheel for easy turns.
M Grip Warmer Switch - Operates the heated hand
grips.
N Clean-Out Tool - Removes snow and unwanted
material from the discharge chute and the auger
housing.
O Skid Shoes - Adjusts the ground clearance of the
auger housing.
