Add toner
1. Toner level low is
displayed
2. Open the front door
3.
Open the reservoir
4. Prepare the new
bottle
5. Remove the lid
from the new
bottle. Do not break
the seal
6.
Insert the new
bottle. Remove the
bottle when empty
7. Place the lid on the
empty bottle
8. Close the reservoir
9. Close the front door
10. Use the Key opera-
tor system to record
the added toner

Add staples
1. Open the paper
compartment
2.
Slide the frame to
the right
3.
Open the top cover
4. To open the
internal stapler:
Looser the screw.
Move the latch backwards.
Lift out the stapler unit
5. Remove the car-
tridge
6. Slide the new car-
tridge
7.
To close the
internal stapler:
Turn back the stapler unit.
Pull the lever backwards.
Push down the stapler.
Lock the latch through hole.
Tighten the screw
8.
Lower the top cover
9. Slide the frame
back
10.
Close the paper
compartment
