If you upgrade to Windows 2000 from Windows 95/98, the software and util-
ities must be uninstalled prior to installing Windows 2000. You must reinstall
them after upgrading to the Windows 2000 environment.

Close all applications that are currently running.

Insert the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
C
Follow the instructions on the screen.
D
Restart your computer after installation is complete.
