• Distance
2. Select Workout Time Value
Choose a preset value or use numeric keypad to input time value.
3. Enter Weight
Press to use a numeric keypad to input weight value.
4. Choose Measurement Unit
• Metric
• Imperial
5. Start
Press to begin workout.
