3. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 3.1. General maintenance The NARGESA NOA60 engraving machine has been designed to be practically maintenance-free. Nevertheless, it is necessary to check the oil level of the gearbox and lubricate the transmission joint. 3.1.1. Oil level To check the oil level of the gearbox there is a side sight glass, to access the sight glass, remove the side cover and make sure that the oil level is in the centre of the sight glass. -

3.2. Cleaning The NARGESA NOA60 engraving machine is designed to emboss material, this operation will produce scale. The machine has a tray to collect this below the rollers and the vertical straightener. This should be removed and cleaned out regularly. -

4. INSTALLATION 4.1. Locating the machine The NARGESA NOA60 machine should be located on a smooth level surface. It can be anchored to the floor using the holes provided for this purpose in the base. 5.2. Start up To begin working with the Nargesa NOA60 embossing machine, proceed as follows: - Connect the machine to the electrical power supply. - Turn Main switch to position 1. The white and red pilot lights will come on. -
