Access rights on TTY ports are
wrong.
The correct adapter might not
be being used.
There may be another driver
running on the TTY port (e.g.
Spaceball or Getty).
There are many reasons for
this message. The user may
have quit the MCC and tried to
restart the X-Window driver
without first stopping the X-

Check access rights on the

and not in use by another
