The UFM can be used as an optional memory for software (e.g. VMware) or as
a software dongle.
Requirements
– The server blade has been removed from the basic unit.
– The cover of the server blade has been removed.

Ê Press the top of the UFM spacer of the defective UFM (see arrow) together
using a gripper.
Ê Pull the defective UFM out of its socket on the system board and remove it.
The UFM spacer remains on the system board.
