Troubleshooting

5.1

Opening the storage subsystem housing

Ê Switch off the connected CPU and disconnect the storage subsystem from
the power supply by removing the power plug from the power outlet.
Ê Remove all the cables from the storage subsystem.
Ê Remove the four screws from the front of the storage subsystem, pull the
storage subsystem from the rack and place it on a smooth surface.

Ê Remove the three screws marked (1) on both sides and move the housing
cover approximately 2 cm in the direction indicated (2).
