Enter the extension and press #.
The Display Panel shows:
Enter Password:

Enter your password and press #.
If the password you entered is associated with the telephone extension, you are logged
in.
If the Display Panel alternately shows the following information, the password you
entered is incorrect:
Invalid password
Logged out from PBX
Then:
Invalid password
In this case, perform the actions mentioned in the steps above to try again.
If the Display Panel shows the following information, the extension has not yet been
assigned to the telephone:
Unknown user
Logged out from PBX
Then:
Unknown user
In this case, contact your administrator.

Answering a Call

To answer an incoming call, pick up the handset.
Alternatively, you can press the
on your intercom, you can simply speak to answer internal calls.
Unanswered calls are sent to either your call coverage point which, by default, is your
voice mailbox or your configured call forwarding destination. See Configuring a Call
Coverage Point.

Answering a Second Call

When a new call arrives while you are on a call:

Press the up or down arrow key to scroll to the incoming call, and press the Answer soft
button displayed at the bottom of the screen.

To return to the earlier call, hang up the new call, or put it on hold, or transfer it, and
then press the up or down arrow key to select the original call and proceed with other
operations.
