Answering a call in the same Call Pickup group
About this task
With the Call Pickup feature, you can answer an incoming call on behalf of a pickup group
member. Use this procedure to answer a call in the same call pickup group.
Before you begin
Ensure that the feature is activated by the administrator. Contact your administrator for details.
Procedure
1. Press Main menu, and scroll to Features.
2. Press Select.
3. Scroll to Call pickup extended, and press Select.
4. To answer a call in the same pickup group, enter the extension number of the ringing
phone.
5. Press Enter.
