For packing reasons the machine is not completely
assembled.
5.2 Assembly
If you notice any transport damage while unpacking, notify
your supplier immediately. Do not operate the machine!
Dispose of the packing in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Clean all rust protected surfaces with a mild solvent.
Attach the hand wheel:
Attach the hand wheel (G, Fig 4) and tighten two set screws.
Attach the table:
Install table so that blade passes through slot (A, Fig 5).

Insert four hex cap screws with lock washers and flat washers
(Fig 6). Hand tighten screws only.
Check that table is parallel to blade:
Tension blade and place a long straight edge against blade
(Fig 7).
If mitre slot is not parallel to blade, shift table as needed.
Tighten the four screws (Fig 6) securely.
Install table insert (D, Fig 5), level the insert with table.
Install slot handle assembly (HP6, Fig 5), and tighten.
Attach fence guide rail:
Attach guide rail (E, Fig 8) to table.
Secure with the included nuts and washers.
Do not fully tighten yet until fence adjustments have been
made in the following section.
