2.2 Peripherals

2.2.1 I/O Ports

• The MB89950 series of microcontrollers have five parallel ports (33 pins).
Ports 0 and 1 serve as 8-bit I/O ports; port 2 serves 6-bit I/O port; port
3 serves as 4-bit I/O ports; port 4 serves as 7-bit I/O port.
• Ports 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 are also used as peripherals.
