1. Install item 1 onto item 2 using
washers and lock nuts and three

and four " dia. bolts and nuts at the tube base

mount.
2. Insert item 6 into item 2 and lock in place using
item 3.
3. Insert item 4 through item 3.
4. Refer to SET-UP PROCEDURE page B1 step 4
for the next set of instructions.
