Using the wide mode
In the wide mode, you cannot select the
following functions:
1)
– Old movie*
– Bounce
During recording
You cannot select or cancel the wide mode. When
you cancel the wide mode, set your camcorder to
the standby mode and then set 16:9WIDE to OFF
in the menu settings.
In the wide mode (CCD-TRV408E,
DCR-TRV140E only)
The SteadyShot function does not work. If you

set 16:9WIDE to ON* /16:9FULL*
settings when the SteadyShot function is
working, flashes and the SteadyShot function
does not function.
Date or time indicator (CCD-TRV107E/
TRV108E/TRV208E/TRV408E only)
When you record in the 16:9FULL mode, the date
or time indicator will be widened on wide-screen
TVs.
