Using the Stop Watch

To start the stop watch:
> Tools > Stop Watch.
Select
Press Start (left softkey) to start the stop watch.
Press Stop (left softkey) to stop the stop watch.
Press Resume (left softkey) to start the stop watch again.
To record a lap time while the stop watch is running:
Press Lap (right softkey) to record time of first lap.
Press Lap (right softkey) again to record next lap. (Up to 5
lap times can be displayed. If you continue recording, lap
times will be deleted from the oldest.)
To display the stop watch options:
1. From the stop watch display, press Options (right softkey).
2. Select an option and press
Go to Lap List to display a saved Lap List. Press Detail (left
softkey) to display the lap list details.
Save to Lap List to save the recorded lap times. (Available
when you stop the lap in stop watch operation.)
Reset to reset the time to zero and clear any recorded lap
times.

Using the Countdown Timer

This feature allows you to use the countdown timer with alarm
capabilities. You can set up to 5 timers.
1. Select
> Tools > Countdown.
2. Select a number and press
3. Select the items you want to edit and press
Description to enter a description of the countdown.
Time to enter the countdown time. Enter the desired time
and press
Alarm to set the countdown alarm on or off.
