The clamp binder motor
(M701) does the following:
Lifts the ring clamper to
the bottom of the ring
supply unit to take one
ring strip and pull it
away from the bottom of
the ring stack.
Swings the top of the
ring binder (holding the
ring strip) toward the
bottom of the pre-bind
jogger, where the
clamped spine of the
stack is exposed.
