Enter the destination extensions into the Distribution List:
47-07-02 Routing Mailbox Type (Mailbox Type)
Enter the member extensions into the Distribution List (20 members
maximum).
You can also edit the Distribution List from a System Administrator Mailbox.

Recording and Sending a Message to a Distribution List
To record and send a message to a Distribution List:
1. Log onto the Subscriber Mailbox.
2. [Rec] Select Record and Send a Message.
• Alternately dial RS(77).
3. Record your message.
[Pause]
[Resume]
[Cncl]
[Done]
4. Dial the Distribution Mailbox number.
[Cont]
[Mbox]
[Exit]
5. [Exit] Return to the Main Menu after sending the message to the Distribution
List.
• Alternately dial # to return to the Main Menu.
Pause recording.
• Alternately dial to pause.
Resume recording if paused.
• Alternately dial to resume.
Cancel recording.
• Alternately dial E to cancel (erase) a recording.
End (accept) the recording.
• Alternately dial # to accept the recording.
Send the message to the selected Distribution List.
• Alternately dial # to send the recording.
Back up and reenter the Distribution Mailbox number.
• Alternately dial to back up and reenter.
Return to the Main Menu without sending the
message.
