Connects the remote control cable of a
tripod or video flash (not supplied).

Make sure that the length of the tripod
screw is less than 1/4 inch (7.5 mm).
Otherwise, you cannot attach the tripod
securely and the screw may damage
your camcorder. If you cannot attach the
tripod, use the supplied tripod
attachment (p. 122).
If you use the headphones
No sound will be heard from the speaker.
