This owner’s manual will provide you with valuable information necessary for the proper care and maintenance of your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read the instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of your new air conditioner.

    Recommended Ground Method For your personal safety, this air conditioner must be grounded. This air conditioner is equipped with a 3 prong power supply cord with a grounded plug. To minimize the possibility of electrical shock, the cord must be plugged into a 3 prong outlet and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

    If the air conditioner is to be installed in a window, you will probably want to clean both sides of the glass prior to in- stallation. If the windows is a triple-track type with a screen panel included, remove the screen completely before installation.

    Before you start using your air conditioner, please familiarize yourself with the control panel and remote control the func- tions of each. This air conditioner can be controlled by the control panel (touch pad) or the included remote control. CONTROL PANEL (TOUCH PAD for cool only model)

After powered on, press ON/OFF button, the unit will start to run.(Note: When it is powered off, the guide louver of main unit will close automatically.) 2. Press MODE button, select desired running mode, or press COOL or HEAT mode to enter into the corresponding operation directly.

This temperature will be automatically maintained anywhere between 61F (16 C) and 86F (30 C) for both cooling and heating modes.

You can choose any fan speed you prefer,EXCEPT AUTO FAN. During this function, the display will show the actual current temperature, not the set temperature as in the cooling mode.

When in the “Heat” Mode, the fan will run continuously while heat is needed. The temperature will automatically be maintained anywhere between 61°F (16°C) and 86°F (30°C).

    Winter Storage To store the air conditioner when it is not in use for an extended period of time, remove it care- fully from the window according to the installation instructions and cover it with plastic or place it in the original box.
