To change the user name and password (needed to access the Modem's
1. Open the Web browser. In the "Address" text box type:

2. The Qwest Home screen appears, set to the "Status" tab. Select Quick Setup
from the row of tabs at the top.
3. Select Admin User Name & Password from the menu on the left side.
4. The "Admin User Name and Password" screen appears. Enter a new user name
(optional) in the "Admin User Name" text box, then a password in the "Admin
Password" text box. Make sure to write the user name and password down and
keep them in a secure location. They will be needed to access to the Modem's
Graphical User Interface screens in the future.
5. Click Apply. The Modem saves the settings and returns to the Home screen.
The Modem's user name and password are changed.
