Payment terminal menu

The Vx570 payment terminal has a menu that you can use to carry out various actions. Press the purple
function key below the
Up to eight lines can be displayed on the
screen. The top line (i.e. the line above the
dividing line) always states the name of the
current menu.
A menu may contain more menu
options than can be displayed on
screen. In that case, scroll arrows will
appear on the bottom line of the
screen.

Function
Press the purple function key below this symbol to open the main menu.
This symbol indicates that the terminal has not yet been activated. Press the
function key below this symbol to activate the terminal (see subsection 3.6.1).
This symbol indicates that the terminal has been activated. Press the function
key below this symbol to deactivate the terminal (see subsection 3.6.2).
Print a copy receipt of the most recent transaction. You can use this feature for
up to five minutes after the transaction is completed. After this period, the copy
receipt is deleted from the payment terminal memory.
The menu options are not located at exactly the same level as the function keys.
The arrow points to the function key that you must press to select the
corresponding menu option.
Scroll to the first line in the menu.
Scroll up one line.
Scroll down one line.
Scroll to the last line in the menu.

OTHER TRX
Grey function keys (F1, F2, F3 and F4) are located
next to each line. You can use these keys to select a
menu option.
Important: As function key <F1> has no active
function, you will not need to use this key in practice.
Symbols corresponding with a menu option or status
may appear on the bottom line of the screen.
If a menu option is displayed, you can select the
option by pressing the purple function key directly
below it.
