3. Hold the starter rope handle with your right hand.
4. Slowly pull out the starter rope until you feel
some resistance.
5. Pull with force to start the engine.
WARNING: Do not twist the starter rope
around your hand.
To use the drive on the wheels
Pull the drive handles in the direction of the
handlebar.
Before you pull the product rearward, disengage
the drive and push the product forward
approximately 10cm.
Maintenance schedule
Use the maintenance schedule to see the necessary
maintenance requirements of your product, and
when the maintenance must occur. The intervals are
calculated on average use of the product and may
be different because of how frequently you use it.
Daily Maintenance
Tighten bolts and nuts
Clean and examine the grass catcher
Examine tires
Clean the product. Use a scraper to clean
below the deck.
Clean below the drive cover
Examine the drive belt and pulleys

Release the drive handles to disengage the
drive, for example when you go near an obstacle.
To stop the product
To stop the drive only, release the drive handles.
To stop the engine, release the engine brake
handle.
To empty the grass catcher
1. Lift the grass catcher with the frame handle.
2. Remove grass clippings from the grass catcher
from below the handle.
3. Empty grass clippings from the bag with the
frame handle and the bag handle.

Maintenance

Note: If more than one time interval is identified in
the table, the shortest time interval is for the first
maintenance only.
