Symptoms
Unusual noise from actuator.
Boom will not lower in uppermost position.
Boom will not lower during a power
retraction.
The control unit emits a beeping sound during
lifting, and the motor stops.
Contact your dealer if the above does not solve your problems.

Faults
The connecting terminals are damaged.
Boom or leg actuator in need of service or
load is too high.
Actuator is worn or damaged or spindle is
bent.
Boom requires a minimum weight load to
lower from the uppermost position.
Shoulder bolt at the junction of the boom and
mast may not be properly installed.
Max. load is exceeded
Solution
Replace the battery pack. Refer Charging the
battery in the Usage section.

representative.

Pull down slightly on the boom.
Refer to Checking and Tightening Mast Pivot
Bolt in the Maintenance section.
Reduce the load (and the lift will function
normally)
