Heating and air conditioning
Your Volvo is equipped with a heating system combined with air conditioning.
Depending on which function you select, warm or cool/cold air is distributed to the different parts of the
passenger compartment.
If your car is equipped with air conditioning, system contains a CFC-12, a type of Freon. CFC-12 is a
gas which affects the ozone layer of the earth's atmosphere. Let your Volvo dealer check your air
conditioning system regularly for leakage.
