Low loss header operating principle
The low loss header integral to the heating circuit connection set
should be sized for the max. flow rate that may occur in the overall
system.
When balancing the low loss header, adjust the flow rate on the
boiler side (V primary A) to approx. 10 to 30 % below the flow rate
on the system side (V secondary B) (reducing the return tempera-
ture).
