Trouble Mode

The DTA will enter trouble mode if during Boot Mode, the bootloader cannot validate the DTA code image.
Trouble Mode is only entered from Boot Mode. The DTA will not reboot when in Trouble Mode. The DTA must
be reset in order to re-attempt a proper boot. Table 9 details the properties of Trouble Mode.

2.7.1 Mode Transitions

There are no mode transitions from Trouble Mode. The DTA must be power cycled to attempt another boot-up.

Channel Maps

The DTA supports channel maps delivered in SCTE-65 tables, in-band on the default Network PID (0x1FFC) or the
Network PID defined in Program 0 in the PAT. The DTA does not support PSIP.
3.1

Channel Types Supported

The DTA supports both visible (video) and hidden channels. The channel map may be any of the following.
