Electric Pressure Fryer
2. Open the pot drain slowly so that the shortening starts to flow evenly. This is to prevent excessive
splashing of hot shortening.
3. Clean the pot, elements, & drain with the supplied brushes as the oil drains.
4. Make certain that the rinse hose is connected to rinse hose connector and the valve is turned to the
THRU HOSE position.
