BASE UNIT Controls - Answering System
7. Mailbox 3 Indicator: Lights to indicate the presence of message(s) and
blinks to indicate Mailbox 3 is active and ready to operate.
8. Mailbox 2 Indicator: Lights to indicate the presence of message(s) and
blinks to indicate Mailbox 2 is active and ready to operate.
9. Answer Control Indicator: Blinks when answering function is controlled by
the HANDSET.
10. Mailbox 2 Button: Press to activate functions for Mailbox 2.
11. Mailbox 1 Indicator: Lights to indicate the presence of message(s) and
blinks to indicate Mailbox 1 is active and ready to operate.
12. Mailbox 1 Button: Press to activate functions for Mailbox 1.
13. Day Button: Press to set the day during day setting or press to set the
first digit of the access code during code setting.
14. Set Button: Used for setting/checking the day and time.
15. Hour Button: Press to set the hour during time setting, or press to set the
second digit of the access code during code setting.
16. Erase Button: Press to erase messages.
17. Stop Button: Press to pause playback of memos/messages or to stop
current activity.
