<Adjusting the forward/back position of the feed dog>
Adjust the position of the feed dog in the forward/back direction so that the feed dog and the needle plate do not
obstruct each other.
1) Turn the pulley to set the feed dog to the maximum height.
2) Tilt back the machine head, and then move the feed rocker link (a) to set the feed dog to the position that is
closest to the operator
This will be the situation when the feed rocker link (a) and the PM arm (b) are in a straight line.
3) Loosen the screw (c) of the feed rocker bracket arm.
4) Adjust the feed rocker bracket arm so that the clearance between the front of the feed dog and the needle
plate is 0.5 mm for -[][] specifications, 3 mm for -[][]5 specifications, and 0.1 mm at the left side.
5) Tighten the screw (c) of the feed rocker bracket arm.
