Leek and Bacon Soup

Add the oil to the Removable Vessel (7), fit the Lid (4), select Sauté Function
Button (23).

After one minute carefully add the chopped bacon and onion and sauté for two minutes, stirring
occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Add the leeks and potatoes and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.

Carefully add the stock to the desired level.

Press and hold the Start/Stop Button
portions and press the Start/Stop Button (23).

Once the soup is ready, check the seasoning and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
