Carrot and Coriander Soup

Place the onion, celery, carrot, ground and chopped coriander into the Removable Vessel (7), and mix with
a wooden spoon.

Add the stock to the required level, select Medium Function (14), required number of portions and then
press Start/Stop Button (23).

At the end of cooking, stir in enough milk with a wooden spoon to give the desired consistency and then
season to taste.

Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander leaves if desired.
