Making the hydraulic connections
A Twin-pipe heat exchanger
09. The first and last tubes of a collector
must be secured to the twin-pipe
heat exchanger with a clip.
10. Fit the sensor retainer inside the
connection casing near the
hydraulic connections.
11. Cut out aperture in the connection
casing.
12. Insert the collector temperature
sensor into the sensor retainer.

13. Route the lead inside the slot of the
thermal insulation so that it does not
come into contact with the hot tubes
and pipes.
14. Secure the sensor with a PG thread
on the chamber.
15. Close the lid, turn the locking pin
inwards and push the gasket into
place.
