Malfunctions

Recommended action
Remove valve from the pipeline
and clean seat and plug. Con-
tact SAMSON for further action.
Contact SAMSON's After-sales
Service department.
Remove control line and needle
valve. Clean them.
Recalculate K and contact

Remove valve from the pipeline
and clean seat and plug. Con-

Check set point range and con-

Check plant. Unlock safety de-
vice.
Compare differential pressure in
the plant with the plant's drag.
