ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove
all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing
materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing

the U.S.). Our Customer Care Staff is available to assist you from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Central
Time) Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Friday.
STEP 1
Refer to illustration below. Unfold the REAR FRAME(2) away from the MAIN FRAME(1). Lock the frame
assembly in unfolded position by inserting the BALL PIN(42) into the upper hole in the REAR FRAME(2).
STEP 2
Position the MOVING WHEELS(101) facing back, then attach the REAR STABILIZER(106) to the REAR
FRAME(2) with CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x65mm)(45), ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(46), and ARC
WASHERS(M8)(47).
STEP 3
Attach the FRONT STABILIZER(7), the one with ENDCAPS(24), to the MAIN FRAME(1) with CARRIAGE
BOLTS(M8x1.25x65mm)(45), ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(46), and ARC WASHERS(M8)(47).
Insert the pin into the upper
hole to lock the frames in
unfolded position.
