Operating condition "Voltage cut-off"

This operating condition is output if the supply voltage is cut off for a short time. The
cut-off period is determined by the fall in supporting liquid temperature. If the
temperature falls below 45C the compass recognises that the voltage supply has been
switched off in the conventional way.
In the case of a voltage cut-off (supporting liquid temperature does not fall to below
45C) and the voltage supply has been restored, the settling stage in indicated again
(see also section 2.1.1 "Compass indications during the settling stage").
Note:
Figure 19 :
If voltage cut-offs occur often, the following checks should be made:
-- check the on--board power supply
or
-- check the the on-board power supply  distribution unit  compass cable
connections
or
-- check the the on--board power supply  AC/DC converter  compass cable
