INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY
Install Idler Assembly (Figure 9)
NOTE: The back plate comes attached to blower
assembly (item 1).
1. Remove two top lock flange nuts from blower
assembly (item 1).
2. Install idler assembly (item 28) on blower assembly
(item 1) with two top lock flange nuts.

Install Front Brackets (Figure 10)
1. Install front bracket (item 15) and front mount
weldment bracket (item 16) to mower deck with two
1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (item 12) and 1/4" top lock
flange nuts (item 13).
2. Install front bracket (item 15) to front mount
weldment bracket (item 16) with two 1/4" x 3/4" hex
bolts (item 12) and 1/4" top lock flange nuts
(item 13).
3. Install blower assembly (item 1) on front mount
weldment bracket (item 16).

Install Blower Assembly (Figure 11)
1. Install rear mount weldment bracket (item 14) on
mower deck with four 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (item 12)
and 1/4" top lock flange nuts (item 13) (figure 11).
DO NOT tighten 1/4" top lock flange nuts (item 13).
2. Install blower assembly (item 1) on rear mount
weldment bracket (item 14) and front mount
weldment bracket (item 16).
3. Tighten 1/4" top lock flange nuts (item 13).
