Clean Mode

Press B & Y at the same time, then
immediately release
LED Flashing Red/Amber
(Clean Mode)
Press any Portion Switch
Remove Service Panel Thumbscrews,
Then remove the panel
Remove Ice Chute Strap Screws,
Then Remove Strap
Remove the Four Thumbscrews securing
the Ice Chute. Remove the
Chute and gate cover.
Wash ice chute, gate slide, and gate cover
in detergent soap solution, then rinse thor-
oughly with plain water.
Sanitize inside of ice chute, gate cover, and gate
slide (refer to sanitizing syrup system for sanitiz-
ing solution mixture).
Replace all Parts in Reverse Order
of Removal
Portion Control will automatically return
to Normal Operating Mode.

This Mode permits cleaning
of the Ice chute.
START HERE
This empties ice from the chute
Removal of the ice chute interrupts
power to the Dispenser.
(Flashing red LED will turn off)
