CLEANING AND ADJUSTING THE
DISPENSER ICE PORTION–CONTROL
SYSTEM
There are three independent modes that may be en-
tered into on the Ice Portion–Control System. They are
the "Clean Mode", "Normal Ice Portion–Control Adjust-
ment Mode", and the "Extra Ice Adjustment Mode". To
enter into each of these three modes, the person must
start from the "Normal Operating Mode" (green L.E.D.
indicator light on) and use the Y (increase) and the B
(decrease) switches on the ice portion–control switch
module (see FIGURES 9, 10, and 11 ) to step through
to the desired mode. Proceed as follows.
"CLEAN MODE" (FLASHING RED/AMBER
L.E.D.)
The dispenser ice chute must be periodically removed
and cleaned and sanitized. Refer to FIGURES 9 and 10
for instructions to clean and sanitize the ice chute.

"NORMAL ICE PORTION–CONTROL
ADJUSTMENT MODE" (SOLID AMBER L.E.D)
The "S" (small), "M" (medium), "L" (large), and the "XL"
(extra large) sizes of dispensed ice may be increased or
decreased as desired. Refer to FIGURES 9 and 11
for instructions to adjust ice portion sizes.
"EXTRA ICE ADJUSTMENT MODE" (SOLID
RED L.E.D.)
Extra ice may be dispensed into the cup by first press-
ing the "Y (increase) ice dispense switch, then dis-
pense the desired normal ice portion size into the cup.
Refer to FIGURES 9 and 11 for instructions to adjust
sizes of dispensed extra ice portions.
