Please note that the following maintenance intervals apply for normal operating
conditions. If your daily working time is longer than normal or conditions are
difficult (very dusty work area, etc.), shorten the specified intervals accordingly.

All accessible screws and nuts (not
adjusting screws)
Gearbox
Drilling spindle

Clean
Check operation
Have serviced by STIHL dealer
Check operation
Clean
Replace

Check idle adjustment –
drilling spindle must not rotate
Readjust idle
Readjust electrode gap
Have checked by STIHL dealer
Retighten
Re-lubricate
