Each of the absolute maximum ratings refers to limits or values that will not damage the chip even if the chip is subject to that rat-
ing. The average output current rating is applicable to any given 100-ms period. The total of the average output current of all pins
should be less than 50mA. Insert at least one 10 µF or higher bypass capacitor between each power supply pins (VDD pins) and
ground. Additionally, insert at least one 1 µF or higher bypass capacitor between internal each power supply pins (V
ground.
Additionally, insert at least one 2µF or higher bypass capacitor between Flash EEPROM power supply pins (V
ground.
It is recommended that total capacitance between all of the VDD and VSS is more than 10-times sum of capacitance between all
of the VDD2 and VSS plus capacitance etween VDD3 and VSS.
