H) Cooling Fan
1.) Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2. Remove the top cover (6 screws) including the one securing the serial port cover.
3. Note and disconnect the wires to the cooling fan.
4. At this stage, it may be necessary to remove the top 2
screws securing the rear panel for easier access.
5. Remove the top 2 fixing screws and the 1 black T20 screw
(Fig. 7) on the left hand side securing the fan to the air duct.
6. Manoeuvre the fan out from its position and lift upwards and
out.
7. Reassemble in reverse order.
I) Air Duct
1. Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2. Remove the top cover (6 screws) including the one
securing the serial port cover.
3. Remove the control panel as in (E).
4. Remove the cooling fan as in (H).
5. Unclip the power board.
6. Remove the 6 screws (3 either side of the oven) into the
side panels securing the oven cavity cover.
7. Remove the door lock as in (O).
8. Remove the 5 screws which secure the ducting
including one now accessible from under the door lock.
9. Unclip the ducting from the oven cavity cover and lift
away.
10. Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring that the red vent seal is correctly repositioned before the
ducting is clipped back in place, Fig. 8. This is CRUCIAL for correct ventilation.
J) Grill Element
1. Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2. Remove the rear panel (6 screws) and disconnect the electrical connections from the mains
terminal block, noting their respective positions and place the panel to one side.
3. Noting the wire connections, remove the 2 element fixing screws and withdraw the element through
the oven cavity.
NOTE: - When replacing the grill element, refit the thermal probe held in place with the element
fixing screw.
4. Reassemble in reverse order.
