Base Module: The Base Module is detachable. If you need to install a feature-expansion module, remove
the Base Module first. See "Attaching the optional module to your computer" on page 27.

Screw hole covered with a film (for ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 2): Depending on the model, a screw
might have been installed in the screw hole to secure the Base Module on your computer.

Security-lock slot: To protect your computer from theft, purchase a security cable lock to lock your
computer to a stationary object.
