    ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 3 Thin Keyboard Depending on the model, your computer might come with a ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 3 Thin Keyboard (referred to as thin keyboard). Attach the thin keyboard to your computer so that you can transform your computer into a portable notebook computer.

    Attaching the thin keyboard to your computer The thin keyboard magnetically attaches to your computer as shown by bringing the two close together. When the thin keyboard gets close enough, it aligns and snaps into place. You can easily remove the thin keyboard by pulling it away.
