5. Using On-Screen Menu
Returning to Factory Default [RESET(1)]
The RESET feature allows you to change adjustments and settings to the factory preset for a (all) source (s) except
the following:
[CURRENT SIGNAL]
Resets the adjustments for the current signal to the factory preset levels.
The items that can be reset are: [PRESET], [CONTRAST], [BRIGHTNESS], [COLOR], [HUE], [SHARPNESS], [AS-
PECT RATIO], [HORIZONTAL], [VERTICAL], [CLOCK], [PHASE], and [OVERSCAN].
[ALL DATA]
Reset all the adjustments and settings for all the signals to the factory preset.
All items can be reset EXCEPT [ENTRY LIST], [EDGE BLENDING], [PICTURE SETTING], [LANGUAGE], [FILTER
MESSAGE], [SCREEN TYPE], [FAN MODE], [REF. WHITE BALANCE], [STATIC CONVERGENCE], [REF. LENS
MEMORY], [ADMINISTRATOR MODE], [DATE AND TIME SETTINGS], [CONTROL PANEL LOCK], [SECURITY],
[COMMUNICATION SPEED], [CONTROL ID], [NETWORK SETTINGS], [BACKGROUND], [EDID VERSION], [HDCP
VERSION], [SDI LINK], [OFF TIMER], [LIGHT HOURS USED], [FILTER HOURS USED], [LOW FAN MODE HOURS
USED].
[ALL DATA (INCLUDING ENTRY LIST)]
Reset all the adjustments and settings for all the signals including the [ENTRY LIST] to the factory preset except
[EDGE BLENDING], [PICTURE SETTING], [LANGUAGE], [FILTER MESSAGE], [SCREEN TYPE], [FAN MODE],
[REF. WHITE BALANCE], [STATIC CONVERGENCE], [REF. LENS MEMORY], [ADMINISTRATOR MODE], [DATE
AND TIME SETTINGS], [CONTROL PANEL LOCK], [SECURITY], [COMMUNICATION SPEED], [CONTROL ID],
[NETWORK SETTINGS], [BACKGROUND], [EDID VERSION], [HDCP VERSION], [SDI LINK], [OFF TIMER], [LIGHT
HOURS USED], [FILTER HOURS USED], [LOW FAN MODE HOURS USED].
Also deletes all the signals in the [ENTRY LIST] and returns to the factory preset.
NOTE: Locked signals in Entry List cannot be reset.
Clearing the Filter Usage Hours [CLEAR FILTER HOURS]
Resets the filter usage back to zero. Selecting this option displays submenu for a confirmation. Select [YES] and
press the ENTER button.
The [OFF] item is selected for [FILTER MESSAGE] at the time of shipment. When [OFF] is selected, you do not need
to clear the filter usage hour.
NOTE: Elapsed time of the filter use will not be affected even when [RESET] is done from the menu.
