Extended Mode
Use both the main display and sub display as one screen. The way of
displaying may vary depending on application. For example, a list
screen is displayed on the main display with the detail displayed on
the sub display.

Turn the terminal to the vertical orientation for landscape view
(horizontally long), or turn to the horizontal orientation for portrait
view (vertically long).
･
Use in Open Style.
