Contacts

Contacts maintains a list of your friends and colleagues
so that you can easily find the information you're
looking for, whether you're at home or on the road.
Using the device's infrared (IR) port, you can quickly
share Contacts information with other device users.
Note : To change the way information is displayed in the list,
tap Tools and then Options .
Creating a Contact
1. From the Start menu, tap Contacts.
2. Tap New.

3. Using the input panel, enter a name and other contact
information. You will need to scroll down to see all
available fields.
4. To assign the contact to a category, scroll to and tap
Categories and select a category from the list. In the
contact list, you can display contacts by category.
5. To add notes, tap the Notes tab. You can enter text,
draw, or create a recording. For more information about
creating notes, see Notes: Capturing Thoughts and
Ideas later in this chapter.
6. When finished, tap to return to the contact list.
Viewing and Editing a Contact
1. From the Start menu, tap Contacts to display a list of
your contacts from the last category selected.
2. Tap the down arrow next to the category name to see
the list of categories.
