6 Why is there no voice when making a call with the headset?
a) Make sure your cell phone is in the strong signal area;
b) Ensure the headset is in the functioned range.
7 Why can't I remotely control the pause, play, previous track, next
track, fast forward and fast rewind
playing music?
a) The functions need the Bluetooth device paired with the headset to
support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile). Please make sure
your cell phone or Bluetooth transmitter supports AVRCP profile.
b) A lot of cell phones can support music pause, play, previous track and
next track, but they don't support music fast forward and fast rewind.
