1.9 Anti-freezing attentions
1) If water accumulation is frozen in the water heater and no water flows out after water-out valve
opens, please wait for natural defreezing. Carefully check leakage of water-in and water-out pipes
till water flows out from the valve. Then use the water heater as per correct operation procedure if
no leakage is confirmed. To use water heater with frozen water accumulation can cause damage.
Damage due to freezing is excluded from our warranty scope. If water heater intends to be idle for
long term, please drain off water accumulation.
2) Indoor anti-freezing water heater is equipped with automatic heating unit to effectively
avoid freezing. However please pay attention to:
Keep water heater energized. Anti-freezing function is not available without power supply.
In extremely clod area below –20℃, anti-freezing function is not available because electrical
heating unit is not powerful enough.
Anti-freezing function is only effective to water heater but not to water-in and water –out pipes.
